Game Fees

Fees are per official per game, to be paid by the designated Home Team to the official.

Travel Fees

If an Austin based official is assigned to a game in San Antonio or New Braunfels that is more than 40 miles from their home address:

70+ miles	$75/official/day

Game Changes, Cancellations & Suspensions

75% or more played or teams agree the game is complete	100% of game fees
Less than 75% played such that game needs to be continued on another day	100% of game fees for original officials AND 100% of game fees for any new official assigned to continuation

Game Fee Due Date

Fees are due to each official by the end of the month in which the game occured. Teams can pay on game day.

Late Penalties:

$15 late fee to the official(s) if payment has not been made by end of the month and more than 20 calendar days since the game
future game assignments may be vacated and games may be forfeited if payment has not been made by the 15th of the subsequent month

Note: If using ArbiterPay, it typically takes 4 days to transfer money into your ArbiterPay account. More info.

Assigning Related Fees

Fees are per team to be paid to CTWLOO, which then get paid to the Assigner.
The Assigner is responsible for managing the schedule and assigning officials to games for all teams.

PER CHANGE submission, after first two schedule change submissions	$50

Assigning Fees Due Date

CTWLOO will issue teams an invoice at the start of the season, and another at the end of the season, for any and all Assigning related Fees. The invoices will be due to CTWLOO 30 days after receipt.

Central Texas Womens’ Lacrosse Officials Organization (CTWLOO) is a non-profit 501(c)(4) membership based association of certified girls’ lacrosse officials. CTWLOO serves the Central Texas community by providing officials for high school and youth girls’ lacrosse events across the region.

The mission of the CTWLOO is to promote quality lacrosse officiating in Central Texas through recruitment, education, a mentorship program, training, and development. We are comprised of skilled, knowledgeable officials who are dedicated to the integrity of the game and who, in collaboration with the players and coaches, facilitate safe and fair women’s and girl’s lacrosse in Central Texas.
